Hi, I’m Kerri!
My name is Kerri Grace. I am a wife, momma to a toddler and pregnant with my second child, a CrossFit Level 2 Coach with a knack for helping people get gymnastics skills and improve Oly lifting, a Postpartum Athleticism Coach, USAW Olympic Lifting Level 1 Coach, Nutrition Coach, and I am the owner of Grace Fitness and Nutrition.
I am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach (P&PA), with a mission to help women navigate how to start or continue to CrossFit throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor dysfunction. I never want another woman to say, “I wish I would have known” like I have said myself. Now, I DO know, and I am sharing the knowledge and information with women like you, no matter the stage of life you’re in. Read below to get a feel for my mission.

I believe women with core and pelvic floor concerns can do CrossFit, sit-ups, jump, lift, ANYTHING!
I believe that every woman deserves support, love, and a helping hand from fellow women. Strong women lift each other up!
I believe that every woman deserves to establish healthy habits surrounding fitness and nutrition to live a life that is not consumed with rules or guilt surrounding fitness and food.
I believe that every woman deserves to feel educated about their bodies and develop strategies to help it function optimally.
I believe every woman deserves to benefit from pelvic health; not just moms.
I believe that every woman deserves MORE and BETTER from the fitness and nutrition industries.
