What Is Postpartum Foundations?

An 8 week online fitness program for postpartum women that want to get back to working out without wondering if they are doing the right things, jumping in too fast, and want to build a strong foundation they can build upon for years to come!

Here are the details:

  • 1, 1 hour video call session (via Zoom) with me to go over your individual questions, movement assessment, connecting with your pelvic floor, breathing strategies to manage pressure- how to integrate all of this into your training program, and any other questions/things you’d like to cover.
  • 8 week postpartum training program delivered to you in the PT Distinction app.
  • 3 workouts a week, including a warmup, that progress as you do every two weeks.
  • Demonstration videos for every movement, many with suggested core/pelvic floor/breathing cues.
  • Access to me M-F for questions, or video reviews.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You are at least six (6) weeks postpartum and have been cleared for exercise by your medical provider. You can be as far out postpartum, even years, and still benefit from this program.
  • You want more than just a pre-done program with no guidance. With Postpartum Foundations you me as your coach with you every step of the way.

4) Head to “Forms” where you will find your welcome packet with allllll the info 🙂
5) Head to “Forms” where you will find your Release and Waiver for signature, and Intake questionnaire to be filled out prior to starting.
